The idea of living in Europe for five to ten years—or even longer—to experience a different way of life has been a dream of mine for years.</p> <p>That dream became reality in 2025, when my wife was admitted to a master&rsquo;s program at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. Together, we packed up our lives in Beijing and moved to Sweden.</p>
